- Work as part of a small team to build React JS, React Native iOS / Android applications with clean code
- Release applications to iOS and Google Play stores.
- Work as part of a small team, which will include other React developers, a project manager, QA professional, and a designer.
Job Requirement For Front End Engineer
- Proficient in React JS and React Native
- Experience of working in React for 3+ year at least
- Should have publicly released React JS / React Native apps to which the applicant has contributed in a significant manner.
- Should also be able to share the links to these public apps that we can look at.
- Should be able to share some code that the applicant has written to demonstrate coding proficiency.

Hiring process at BlocPal
Our candidate assessment process involves 3 rounds-our first round is a coding assessment round followed by 2 rounds of virtual in- person interview. In coding assessment round we give the candidate a coding task and they have to finish it at their convenience and share the code
with us . We assess the code and then invite them for our next rounds of interview with our senior development engineers and a final round with the CTO.
