Role and Responsibilities
- Must Have a Functional & Technical Understanding of Zoho One / Zoho CRM plus package applications.
- Must Have Solid Experience with Deluge & PHP, JS, & Other Necessary Programming Languages.
- Must Have Knowledge of Rest, Bulk, API (Notifications & Query APIs good to have)
- Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment comprising cross-functional teams, and deliver to aggressive timelines
- Experience in writing SOQL and SOSL queries
- Strong background with Object-Oriented programming languages, and knowledge of a server
- Experience developing advanced business logic solutions using Zoho.
- Comfortable providing time estimates and managing feedback loops.
- Minimizing the impact of integration on various existing processes.
- Keep track of integration projects and ensure that they meet business requirements and goals
- Checking and evaluating for any issues with the operation of the new applications with the existing system software and applications.
- Identify integration issues, propose solutions to identified issues, coordinate corrective action plans and manage them to resolution. Escalate risks/issues as appropriate.
- Making recommendation of the integration products and services by carrying out proper research work.
- Work with the business analysts, Zoho developers, system designers, and business owners to document integration requirements, and to lead in the integration testing phase.
- Train the employees on new application features.
- Track and provide data for project updates. Escalate risks/issues as appropriate.
- Evaluating the results of the integration projects and preparing reports for the same. Preferred Skills

- Extensive knowledge about even driven systems, schema, orchestration, mapping, and exception handling.
- Expert in database engineering using Zoho Creator and SQL development.

- Expert knowledge about secure transmissions, digital certificates, and PKI.
- Strong experience with data architecture and application architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed, quality delivery on a consistent basis, in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
