Software Tester
Role and Responsibilities
Manual testing experience in CRM is mandatory
- Experience in CRM Testing & Zoho Creator
- Review design and user documentation, project specifications, and requirements
- Write & execute functional test cases and test steps based on product requirements
- Execute sanity, smoke, black box & white box, functional, and regression testing
- Perform error analysis and bug reporting
- Design and develop automation scripts when needed
- Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
- Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
- Provide timely solutions, support, and documentation
- Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle
- Escalate any issue that could appear in understanding the functionality of the application Preferred Skills
- Minimum two years of experience as a Software Tester or similar role
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Hands-on experience in UAT, Agile, Regression, GUI Testing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills integrated with great communication skills
- Should have knowledge in SDLC, STLC, Data Analysis, Bug Tracking tools, Automation tools
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Should have worked on Waterfall, Agile, Spiral, Mantis, Jira, Telelogic
Experience: 2-5 years

Qualifications and Education Requirements: BCA, MCA, BE, B.Tech, BSc CS
