Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering quality work within a given timeline.
- Prepare project timeline with all factors such as Testing, Code Review, Bug fixing, etc, taking into consideration
- Help CSM / Sales in drafting the best technical approach for Client business requirements with suitable effort and estimate.
- Vet the output produced by the Developers. Help / Design Technical architecture for the Business problem
- Strive to get good client Feedback.
- Suggest Proactive Ideas helpful for client business
- Build domain expertise from the Tech side.
- Take interviews & Train new members.
- Mentor & Upgrade the Technical skills of your team members. Prepare them to increase efficiency.
Job Requirement
Qualification
- At least 4 Year of experience in WordPress.
- Knowledge of Plugin & Theme development. (Please share Github repository with example code)
- Experience of People management
- Be empathetic towards People
- Can take & give critical feedback.
